Todd is clearly drained as he plays this show. His voice sounds shaky and weak at times -- most noticeably during Age Like Wine. But throughout the entire show, shaky voice and all, the emotion behind Todd's lyrics is clearer than ever.
After Long Year, Todd makes a reference to the infamous Philadelphia show where he left the stage early: "the night before that was Philadelphia. That wasn't very good." As with the past few shows, Todd talks candidly about his recent experience with rehab (before Lonely Girl). Before Todd goes into his story about All My Life, he tells a quick story about getting back in touch with Trog after ten years. The story before 45 Miles is much longer and more detailed than usual. After Beer Run, Todd recites a "poem" as told at a party once by Ramblin' Jack Elliott:
Come every heart
That burns aflame
For the love of glory
And the fear of shame
Mankind would be fine
If he only understood
That there is no joy
But in doing good
The story before Play a Train Song is an unbelievably heartfelt account of Skip's death.
Fish and Whistle on mandolin and Rose City Blues on piano. Dylan-Thomas Vance opened this show.

On Ballad of the Kingsmen:
- "So he formed a fuckin' band. Now he gets a lot of chicks."
On Sidesshow Blues:
- "...out in this tent with all you freaks and musicians. I'm out in this club with all ya'll folkheads and musicians."
